  1. Empty the ingredients from the packet into a pot & add (Small = 3, Medium = 4, Large = 5) cups of cold water.
  2. Bring to a boil & cook for 10 – 15 minutes.
  3. Stir occasionally.
  4. Remove from the heat & let stand to cool for 5 minutes.


Mirin, Light Soy Sauce, Rice Noodles, Rice Vinegar
Veg: Cabbage, Carrot, Green Pepper, Mushroom, Onion
Nuts: Cashew
Spices: Crushed Chilli, Ginger, Sea Salt

    This is one of my Favorite meals on the trail. I have ordered this a few times already and was never disappointed. Will definitly order again for my upcoming Multi day hike
