  1. Empty the ingredients from the packet into a pot & add the same amount of cold water (use packet to measure)
  2. Let stand for 10 minutes to re-hydrate.
  3. Bring to a boil & cook for 8 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Add more water, as needed.
  6. Remove from the heat & let stand to cool for 5 minutes.

Other: Desiccated Coconut, Green Curry Paste, Mirin, Rice Vinegar, Soy Sauce
